Phone number, how you found us and the planner's name are optional in the contact form; the other fields are needed to answer you. If you tell us about other people, such as your planner, please make sure they are aware of it.
We do not sell your data and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
Who handles your data for us
We use trusted providers, who process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where their own terms say so:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, the contact form and the storage of the films you play on this site
- Google (Workspace): email
- Supabase: the internal management system where requests are stored
- Resend: delivery of the email that notifies us of your request
- Meta Platforms Ireland: Meta Pixel, only with your consent
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
Necessary. We remember your cookie choice in your browser for six months. This does not need consent.
Measurement and advertising, only if you accept. The Meta Pixel uses the _fbp cookie, usually for about three months, and _fbc when you arrive from a Meta ad. They are not loaded until you accept.
Reject, or close the notice with the X, and you can use the whole site all the same. We will not ask again for six months unless the tools we use change. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to send it to you in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time: this does not affect what happened before. Write to info@mieleweddingfilms.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with its date.
